E dreams is a scam. They charge you for Prime membership, which is of no value. When you have a problem, there is no way to contact them, first, you go crazy because you made a mistake and need their help, after a couple of hours of sweat and tears, you have to contact the company you fly with and pay the full price for a new ticket, i.e., for the mistake you made. This summer I travelled with Opodo, they were correct and easy to contact.
