Scam company. Poor customer service. I didn’t receive the dress i paid for and when I express this, there was no empathy shown to me. The dress on the website and the dress that I received are completely different as if the one I received was a knock off. the options they provided me to get my money back were not accommodating at all given that this was the company‘s fault. I will not be shopping here again, and I have made reports to the Better Business Bureau as well as the international reporting entity about this company. The items that they are pushing out are not the same as advertised, and they did not offering any type of compensation for this or show any empathy to the customer. Unacceptable.
