What a scam!!! Got a pop up for their company when I was trying to cancel with another company. As soon as I agreed to pay them to send the letter, which I thought would be easier, my bank sent me a notice that this was a scam and I could stop the payment. Like a fool I continued. Company never received letter and I had to call them today
