Absolute fraud. Placed an order through a US company, shipping out of the UK. First they overcharged me, then within 20 minutes they ‘had already shipped’ which means you can’t cancel. Some stupid excuse about the lack of a tracking number. Been in touch with my bank, lodged a dispute. Not much hope of a refund. Found this rogue company on FB.
