Horrible, borderline criminal behavior. I purchased an item and it arrived several weeks later in a standard mail package/envelope. Non-see-through app of course open the package has anyone would do and the product was sitting in it no inside packaging then upon examination, the product was not at all what was ordered. We ordered a sweatshirt and this was a T-shirt, the screen print was done in error, so there is a faded drag across the image. I reached out to customer service for a refund or exchange, and they said because I “opened the package“ their policy is no returns. Now it is impossible to know something is defective , a cheap knock off, and not as describe without opening your mail. Sharing this issue widely to include the Federal Trade Commission, National Attorney General and The Department of Consumer Affairs. I realize they are international, so I’m hoping wire fraud may stop them eventually.
