If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. They are scam artists and should never be trusted. PLEASE do not order anything from this company. If anything is wrong, their broken English representatives will keep you on the phone asking ridiculous questions for an hour and then say that can’t do anything to help you. My package arrived in a plain plastic bag with no business name on it. I opened it and inside was a mangled box with the product I ordered inside it. I contacted the company and after a very long runaround, I was told that because I opened the outer bag, they couldn’t do anything for me. Are you serious???? The outer packaging didn’t even have their company name on it. I had to open it to see what was inside it! The box inside was mangled! I simply wanted to return it and get a refund. I will make sure this story goes everywhere I can get it to travel so that no one else loses their money to a scamming company.
