Awful customer service, I made a personal and company account the same time – I made one transaction which was flagged as fraudulent. I was then banned from both accounts with the chance to appeal, I wrote an appeal and was further banned. I have an ethical and legitimate business, however as the appeal was not accepted I now can not use the service. When you try and call in the customer service line says you need to make a complaint online, when you look online it says to call in. So you go around in a loop, totally useless. I have used Stripe for years so it is a shame I cannot use Wise due to the lower fees, however it seems that my custom is not welcome.
