Wise

    I used to think Wise were terrific. In many respects I still do – really good exchange rates and fast process that keeps everybody updated. However I’m starting to think that if there is a problem they just don’t have the staff to handle things. Their fraud advice is to contact them immediately, naturally, however that is proving impossible as their staff are always “really busy at the moment” and one can’t even leave a message (except perhaps through Trust Pilot!)
