Wirex is not a scam project and the card and application work well… but if you have problems/ crypto issue/ transfer – you will never get any answer from the support… they always say the same phrase “relevant team is working on your issue… we will contact you”… but in reality nobody is working and nobody is contacting… they simply do not not care about customers and make money… solving problem of the customers do not bring much money so they simply write useless expressions to calm down angry customers…. but in 99% cases card works…
