    I am extremely disappointed with the level of service and communication that I have received from Wirex company. I have also been attempting to contact them in every way such as Email, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Trustpilot. However, despite numerous emails and attempts, I have received no response or information regarding my kids’ savings money that I put in my Wirex account. This has caused me significant stress and alarm over the past several weeks.I cannot believe this company would be so careless with people’s money, especially money that belongs to family savings. It is unacceptable that they would not even bother to reply to my emails or attempt to contact me regarding this matter.I must say that I am appalled by the lack of customer service and professionalism shown by Wirex. I am considering making a complaint to the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and taking legal action if necessary to ensure that my rights are protected.I hope that Wirex can appreciate the seriousness of this matter and respond to my concerns promptly. If I do not receive a satisfactory response soon, I will have no choice but to take further action.Please be aware that I will continue be sharing my bad experience with Wirex on every social media platform, warning others to be careful when considering using their scam Banking services. It is unacceptable for a company to hold people’s money and not provide any communication or support.
