But the opposite is true, I’ve probably lost about $100 a month, money I’d have kept by using other payment methods and cheaper trading services.Judging from their discord they have a huge problem with support – waiting in excess of 1 week is common to get feedback on support tickets which is only available via email after logging a ticket on zen desk.The good: no ‘fees’ to trade from fiat to USDT – but their exchange rate is horrendous.The bad: Their ‘Earn’ products are all a scam – ‘Multiply’ is a leveraged futures instrument in disguise with dangerously high volatility and grimly predictable liquidations. DUO is a complete scam, where Wirex always benefit and you literally never do, I can’t believe it’s allowed to exist.Their WXT token can only be traded in sums equal to ~$100 so if you want to ‘sell’ any, you need to own or buy that much to sell it.Trading fees are ridiculously high when paired with their personal exchange rate, which is akin to Airport grade extortion.My recommendation is to avoid. They are a terrible choice.
