Zero stars if I could. I contacted them several times because I never received an item. They claimed it was delivered to my address to me. When I disputed with my bank, they told my bank I never contacted their customer care with the issue. I’ve lost $2500 over this bag that they claim to have delivered. Avoid these scammers at all costs.
