I order 1 pack and was additionally charges for 4 more packs. I immediately reached out and while waiting over 48 hours for a response received notice that my order was shipped. Each time I asked about returning the unordered product I was offered 30, 40 and 50% discount. I keep maintaining that I want a full refund and a free mailer. Additionally as soon as I made the purchase my bank reached out for possible fraud. I could have declined all my purchases and gotten a new card but didn’t want the hassle. Next time I’ll just cancel the card.
