My experience with watchshopping.com gives me great concern about their legitimacy. I ordered a watch that was supposedly in stock. It never shipped. I contacted them (they did not bother reaching out to me) and was told that the watch was no longer available: “According to our fulfilment team, your order was expected to ship out however, while they were processing the order it was found that the watch was not setting the time properly.” This excuse seems consistent with other stories they’ve told other customers, as reflected in other reviews.I then requested a full refund and was told I would receive one. The time for the refund came and went. I then reached out to them again, but have heard nothing in response.In my opinion, these facts support the conclusion that this company is possibly fraudulent. Buyer beware.
