I ordered my product 1 month, estimated delivery time on purchase was 2-3 weeks (I’m in Australia).I have now emailed customer service twice, 4 days apart and neither email has been answered. Shipment details indicate it left the US 10 days ago, and nothing since.Like other reviews, this product was intended as a gift and this is now late. To the point I was starting to question if this was a scam site, but on reading these reviews, it’s evident their shipping times aren’t accurate and customer response times are also not reliable.Here’s hoping the product is good, if and when it turns up….
