I have been trying to contact this company for weeks. Sent email after email with no response. I finally decided to end it and get a refund for the product. Printed the label and shipped remaining product back and never recieved a refund and still can’t contact anyone at this company…no live representative and no one responds to the emails. This is a money Grab Scam….don’t believe the 100 percent money back guarantee. This company should be shut down
