Alot of the stuff is good. But its SOOO stupid you get a million emails with headings of great things that will help you lose weight, etc, but its just another super long video with something to buy, or just loops back to original stuff to buy. Super stupid, makes me thing everything is a scam! If anything stop the ling videos, give the product & they can watch the videos IF THEY CHOOSE!
