Seriously, customers service is none- automated replies with passwords resets which does not work either other promised instructions which never arrive. After over a week and a half trying to log in to the portal- I’m done. After 4th email requesting password reset they stop even sending the automated replies. I tried to contact an admin on Facebook- no reply. I think this is the worse fitness company I have ever experienced either I did was a member ones. Finally I asked about the refund and still quiet. Probably I will try to report it as scam as I don’t have any other option. At least someone here reads the reviews so maybe it’s the only way to get some attention.
