Like many others I have not been able to receive a refund or any contact from customer support. I have submitted two forms via the website and sent another via email, only receiving an automated response and nothing else. I have looked at the program and it will not suit my needs, but thought I was safe because of the “money back guarantee” – very sorry to be wrong. I wouldn’t go so far as to say the company is a scam, and the upsells are very pushy, but the whole place is shoddy.
