I am not able to login to website. I have sent several requests for help but no response. Unable to reset password. Only thing that I have lost is my patience and money. Tried to cancel but no response. Never received any confirmation of purchase but they took my money within 12 hours. Do not waste your time or money on this scam. I have sent over 20 different requests. Cannot call since they do not offer that service. Have sent several requests to cancel and have requested the return of my money, but Vshred refuses to return my requests. Have read several responses from VShred in this app that sound like form letters.
