I signed up and paid for the “ripped in 90 days” package last Thursday, 6 days ago at this point but I am unable to access my account on app as temporary password given didn’t work. Have sent multiple emails to the support email but still have had no response. Incredibly disappointed as was looking forward to starting this almost a week ago when the money was taken but seems like it was all just a scam!
