It’s the same as all the other reviews. I saw the ad and got so excited that I made an impulse purchase. I regretted it the next day and asked for a refund. I got a spam email saying that they were responding to emails in order, so I decided to wait a bit. I got increasingly frustrated as I kept getting spam emails about accelerating my progress, with no correspondence on my refund. It might just be me being naive, but I don’t want to believe that this company is scamming people on purpose and that they just bit off more than they could chew. To accommodate the massive amount of customers they got from their marketing, they need to work on their internal practices. Writing a bad review should NOT be the only way to get their attention.
