False advertising and no accountability. Booked a scam apartment in Florence, no support, no accountability, no alternative accommodation provided, in spite of promises to help us. Money taken and promise to make up the difference for final accommodation found independently, were entirely withdrawn. Fake apartment still being advertised. Avoid this provider at all costs!
