The apartment we tried to book in Florence did not exist or was not hosted it was a scam. We therefore spent a very expensive amount of time searching for a property at the last minute on our first day at exorbitant prices. Vrbo promised to compensate us and they did not – beware of their false luxe apartments in cities which they have not verified and leave on their site despite complaints. Terrible service and waste of money.
