Absolute scam of a company. Bought two tickets back in October for a concert in March. No confirmation email, no physical copies sent in the mail. Their customer service line, so called, gave no answers. Their phone number goes to an automated phone tree with no option to speak to an agent. Their live chat option just sends you to a bot. Their support email just gives an automated response based on your own email recognition and then redirects you back to the unstaffed phone line. Never got to speak to an actual human. Absolute scam.
