Ordered 6 months worth of lenses (Clariti Monthly Multifocal) on 31st March at a very good price, but started to get alarmed when I received the badly worded confirmation email with no tracking details and then saw all the bad reviews on this site. I emailed the company asking them for dispatch confirmation and expected delivery date but got no response. Just as I was about to claim a chargeback via my credit card, the lenses turned up – the correct brand and prescription! Looks like they are a business out of their depth, but I reserve judgement on whether they are deliberate scammers.
