Worst service I have ever had. They do not deserve a single star. Phone has worked only two days out of 6. Have to wait for over an hour to computer chat with someone who really cannot fix the problem. No phone numbers to call. Should be reported to the federal trade commission for fraud. I left Verizon because of bad service, Visible is 10 times worse.
