There is no button or clear way to cancel your subscription. I had been using the app for a month, and when I wanted to cancel, there was no instruction or a clear way to stop the monthly payment. (is this even legal?)I needed to write an email to customer service, which was very annoying and time-consuming and request to cancel a payment from the day before. They wouldn’t even offer a refund for payment from one day ago. It feels like a scam, as they don’t trust their users to cancel the subscription, and they earn from all these accidental monthly billing. There are so many monthly-billing services these days, and it should be easy – in the hands of the user – to cancel or control their payment!
