Unfortunately cannot give zero stars.Total scammers, tried ripping me off for in excess of £800.Sold me tickets that had already been sold four times and were also in the wrong format!29 emails telling me that they were refunding me, never arrived so took it to credit card company who agreed in my favour, however, despite this decision Viagogo still claimed they owed nothing and eventually Mastercard intervened in my favour.Result, £800 refund albeit after 5-months.If you enjoy fighting a huge company and beating them and you can afford to be out of pocket for many months, go ahead, otherwise beware and use a different company such as the venue itself.
