Really a zero! as horrific company. Bought overpriced tickets which never turned up and after fighting for months they say that they sent them so I cannot have a refund. No proof that they were sent has been given. How on earth is a company this size still be allowed to trade? I am £200 out of pocket and this is clearly a money scamming company.
