Paid quite a lot extra for physical tickets as my partner and I wanted to keep the tickets as a memento, days before the event it was secretly changed to e-ticket and because I had “received my tickets” they refused to do anything about it. I could have gotten e-tickets for £150 less on their own website if I actually wanted them, customer support is absolutely non existent and they ignore everything you say and assure you they’re in the right, even as far as saying e-tickets were an upgrade because they’re easier to use and that I should be grateful. Absolute scam artists.
