This was my first and definitely my LAST time using viagogo. I paid $254 for tickets to Mary J. Bilge concert and they NEVERRRR sent them to me smh. Vincent in customer service seems like he ALWAYS answers when I call like no one else is ever available how weird is that? Never can speak to a supervisor or manager smh a bunch of bs. Put me through the ringer about my refund had to get my bank involved, they were never going to give me my money back. Save your time and money DONT USE VIAGOGO. THEY ARE SCAMMERS.
