Bought tickets for my daughter’s birthday back in June for an October event, should of known it was a scam when they sent over tickets in somebody else’s name, didn’t have even seat numbers, asked for front row seats and sent me back Genaeral admission, show got canceled due to a band member got sick, asked for a refund, they said that they have no record of show being canceled and ask for proof, the only I could find was a report from SIDEKICK, that this event was canceled, that was almost a week after I called, still have not heard back, doubt I will after reading all the negative comments
