I bought an item from Vestiaire which was clearly damaged, not as described or as shown in photos, and in poor condition. They have refused to help with this, firstly saying it may have been damaged in shipping (it was clearly sent damaged by seller), offering to resell for me (I would have to sell as a damaged item at a lower price and they were also going to take commission!), to ‘sorry, there’s nothing we can do now’. The item was £200 and is not useable: I would say avoid this site as they are not interested in customers, only taking your money! Their customer service is feels impersonal/robotic and very disinterested. I feel I have been scammed and would not recommend using this site.
