AVOID!!!!!!!!! terrible customer service. They charge fees to check items before sending then sent me a poor quality item. They refused to help me. They don’t send out return labels with their items so if you don’t have a printer, they refuse to help. They don’t offer to send a courier to collect the item despite me telling them numerous times I’m disabled and cannot get to a post office. Their messages literally did not care one bit. All they offered was a pathetic 10% voucher. Never ever using this scam of a website again. Their customer service is disgusting
