Product does NOT work, and customer service is horrible. I was not notified of a pending shipment — in a subscription program I did not approve — and was unable to cancel even though I was told it would not ship for 7-10 days! I saw the charge, called immediately and was told I would need to wait until the product arrived, likely two weeks from that date, until I could return it & request a refund of my $100! Total scam and unsavory business practices. All for a product that does not work.
