SCAMPOOR CUSTOMER SERVICEbought a 50 dollar gift card tried using it and it was declined phoned customer 3 times 3 different answers finally got a kinda decent person and told me a check would be mailed to me in 3 weeks why???it never came so I phoned back and to find out whyI was told they couldn’t verify my addressThat’s a joke I know where I live then the guy who I barley understood wanted my banking info to prove who I was hahaThat’s not going to happen I asked for management still waiting for responseI phoned my bank and told them what they said never give info out….. So I either go to the news as all of you should to stop themI’m going through the fraud department through the bank to get it back Very stressed ps i had to give a rating wanted to give them nothing like they gave meThank you
