Ordered dining chairs. One completely fell apart with my child sitting in it. They denied my warranty claim saying it was due to improper use. Against my better judgement, ordered a replacement. After weeks, contacted them, was informed chairs did not pass quality check and they had no expected date for getting them in stock. After going back and forth with customer service they offered to cancel the order and issue store credit. Items still not in stock months later. This seems to be a very common scam with them. They have good deals but poor quality and terrible customer support.*Edit* after agreeing to make an expression l exception to their store credit only policy, they said they were unable to refund my purchase and advised me to dispute the charge with my credit card company. So I’m still waiting to get my money back.
