They sold me an older software version, which of course causes a fault code to be stored afterwards since you’re not suppose to go BACKWARDS when UPDATING. Then they went ghost on me and stopped responding to my messages and emails. A scam, stay away at all costs. I filed a chargeback through my bank for a refund, but now I’m stuck with an older software version, a fault code stored in VCDS, and no way to get my newer version back. Not to mention that you can get these update files for free on MIB Solution, but unfortunately, the software version I had is not available to the public, so I’m at a loss. We should all get together and file a lawsuit against this company. At least my radio still works I guess…
