I received a refund after Ursime canceled my account so I could no longer find my order and you did not ship the item in a timely manner. When I complained to PAYPAL Ursime gave me a refund instead of letting PayPal and me know why Ursime had not shipped the items. Most of Ursime’s reviews are negative because your company performance is really bad. Your company is a scam and you do not honor your customers with good customer service.You had no intention of delivering those items to me.
