A complete SCAM! After paying the $29.00 usd fee and waiting about 20 hours.. I received an email saying in order to complete the process I needed to pay a remaining amount of $349.00 usd. They also stated I would not be refunded the $29.00 usd if I did not continue with the process.Edit: (adding more info because they want to delete my review)As it states on their website:”If your iPhone, iPad, or Watch displays the ‘Activation Lock’ screen, it means the Apple device has been iCloud locked. Our iCloud removal service will permanently remove the iCloud Activation Lock from your device, allowing you to sign into a new account…… This feature is turned on automatically on any device when someone turns on ‘Find my Phone’. Once ‘Find my Phone’ is enabled, the device cannot be erased. Unfortunately, an innocent consumer may have acquired an iPhone, iPad or Apple Watch and be left with an unusable device without contacting the original owner to remove the iCloud Activation Lock.”It clearly states the feature is activated AUTOMATICALLY due to “find my iPhone” being on.. which leads me back to how they are compete SCAMMERS In the email I received I was told they could not remove the Activation lock because “Find my iPhone” was on..
