This company is a complete scam. I downloaded the application and the time in which it was installed on our device it rendered it completely useless. The phone missed many calls and texts throughout the day and continuously connected to Wi-Fi and would disconnect all day long. Once we uninstalled the application the device returned to normal. When we reached out about our 14-day money back guarantee we were told that our reason was not sufficient and they would not refund our money. There are too many loopholes for you to be able to receive a refund. DO NOT FALL FOR IT! Dealing with their customer service people was a complete joke too.
