The order was never received and stuck in customs. Customs needed the list of ingredients. Ubuy works with shipping overseas and should have prepared for this. I contacted Ubuy multiple times. They assured me that the package was arriving. I extended my trip by a week and spent over $1000 in hotel fees. The package never came and I had to spend more out of pocket money to pay for another alternative locally.Ubuy made me call the shipping company to return the order. The shipping company said Ubuy could do this directly, so why did I have to do their work. On top of this they are not refunding the full amount. They have the worst customer service.BUYER BE AWARE.
