Don’t bother with this company and look elsewhere.I’ve tried searching everywhere for a particular children’s item for Christmas which is only available in the US sadly (is not being sold in the UK), when I came across this site.On the item listing page itself they charged me £44 which I thought was ok I will buy the item, yet when I went to checkout before I had even inputted my address the total cost, for no explained reason on the summary page, came to around £76 roughly…..nearly double the original asking price…..You thought that bad? oh no, it gets even better. As soon as I input my address and the page reloads, try they now want to charge me £164!!! when you account for the item’s price, the postage and not to mention the unexplained additional cost at checkout alone is more than TRIPLE the value of the actual item!!!I’m sorry but what a scam you are running Ubuy, I certainly don’t agree with your shipping costs and no idea how you calculate them, but I certainly wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy here and from the negative reviews I’ve been reading I’m glad I didn’t follow through!!If your going to charge extortionate prices, and offer a poor customer service experience to your customers on top of that then you can’t even call yourself a business.
