This is a scam business. No return policy or support. Customer care is totally useless. Didn’t return my money, but given shop credits to purchase again. Total waste of money.In reply to Ubuy response.The custom issue happened at first place due to your lack of business ethics. The shipping documents received at customs were much lower to what you charged me. You took more than a month resolve it properly and failed to provide the correct documents on time, which increased my fees to courier and as the government increased the tax rates, got caught in that as well, all because of the hassle your company has made. In compensation to all the delays, trouble I went through and additional costs I had to bear all you did is keeping some Ucredits allocated to me, which is useless given that I have no wish to go through this same trouble again. So please provide me with a proper refund and least the addition you have charged me beyond what was in the shipping papers.
