I purchased 2 of the twinkling tree lights. I got them and thought they were really cheap quality and actually ugly. I paid 40$ for each tree. Its plastic and covered in tin foil. I sent a message to customer service to return. They gave me a run around for weeks telling me to try it and people usually end up liking it and changing their minds. I just wanted to return them for my full refund. They told me I could have the full refund but as per the instructions I needed to pay for the return shipping. The return is to Australia. Please beware that it costs 60$ to 200$ to return. It is a complete scammer company. My husband works in logistics and said there are extra fees for shipping items overseas and there is no guarantee for that specific price…it could go up. Most people don’t look fully (me included) at the return policy….this is a scammer company that has this kind of practice…please beware!!!
