Would never use again or reccommend. Send the phone in in ‘good condition’ with no scratched screen. In the original iPhone box and packaged sufficiently. Reduced the offer saying scratches to screen which could be seen from 30cm away. These were most definitely not there. Sent a photo of a phone which could easily be a stock photo! Do not trust, clearly a regular scam! Likely to receive a now damaged phone back too!
