SCAM – They market as instant cash however take a deposit of which they value the item and do not reissue the deposit or the value of item as promised. When attempting to raise the issue with the customer service team it takes up to 3 days (even though they claim to get back in 2 hours) for a response and they claim to have sent the money and advise to check with your card issuer. I have lost my item and deposit. DO NOT USE.
