I tried to cancel the order (order #2320278904) the day after I placed it and they told me they had no record of the order. I then received e-mails for a couple weeks after that they are still looking for the order. After about 3 weeks, the earbuds came. I tried one pair and didn’t care for the quality so I am now trying to return. This company does not respond. There is little contact information and can’t get a response from their site. Company seems to be a total scam.
