I placed my order March 27. It said 5-7 day shipping. Order hasn’t shipped. Website says customer service responds in 24 hours. They don’t. I’ve sent a second email and still no response. But my card has been charged. No idea when my product will ship or get here or when I will receive a response but I’m not even sure this product is worth it. Really horrible customer service. Maybe a scam?? I don’t know.
